To say that our family is opinionated is an understatement. Even our three year old is quick to express his thoughts. And, cumulatively we all agree that the best part of the Dreams Natura experience is the people. From the cabana service, led by Adrian and with beverage service by Carmen, to the Mexican, French, Italian and Japanese restaurants supported by managers like Arturo, Rudolpho and Rodrigo, service was top-notch. (They only place where service was disappointing ironically was the Preferred Lounge.)
HER Highlights:
The room was a good size for a family of four. Loved the ample closet space to help keep things tidy. The bed was a little hard, but we all slept well.
Absolutely loved the beach cabana staff. They made sure we were comfortable and cared for - from sand toys to cocktails. Team was also extremely helpful in helping us set up space by the pool!
Hello spa! The spa was an amazing experience. We booked the couples VIP service. The room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Service providers were very good. We hadn’t planned to do the hydrotherapy and I am so happy we did. Simply put, it was exceptional. Loved all of the stations. (Next time we build a new pool, I may have to add a water massage lounge chair!)
HIS Highlights:
Cold beer on demand.
Water slides and activities for the whole family.
Great service.

THEIR Highlights:
Big room with huge patio.
Sandy beach with no rocks or shells.
Smoothies, virgin daiquiris and ice cream on demand.
Lazy river and slide with tubes.
Teen center.
OUR Recommendations to the Resort:
Drinks are all too sweet. Would be great to have a real lime margarita!
As an eco-friendly resort, it would be nice if there we a few fresh options like a salad, crudités or smoothies at the pool.
Consider updating the level of service and the ambiance in the Preferred Lounge.
OUR RATING: 7 out of 10
