Huevos rancheros with scrambled eggs and Christmas (Perfection!)

Breakfast enchiladas, one shrimp and one smoked turkey, with eggs over medium and Christmas (Drool worthy!)
THEIR Order
Biscuits and gravy with chorizo and a side of hash browns (Tasty, but a bit spicier than anticipate with the chorizo)
Plain pancake (A touch of cinnamon in the batter makes these a winner.)
